  1. Introduction

Protecting your privacy is at the heart of our approach. This policy informs users worldwide (including the EU, USA and Asia) about the processing of data by the Voc.Alize application , published by IA.Lizé .

  1. Collection and Use of Technical Data

  • Audio (Microphone): Limited access to direct monitoring and recording upon request. 100% local processing : no voice data is transmitted to our servers.
  • Bluetooth: Used for connecting to audio devices (headphones, speakers).
  • Device Identifiers: For technical operation, we may access the device ID for local session management and persistence of your preferences.

  1. Advertising, Analytics and Data Transfer

To finance the free access to the tool, we display advertisements and measure audience through third-party networks:

  • Google AdMob & Analytics: We use Google AdMob for ad serving and Google Analytics to understand app usage. This tracking is strictly linked to the consent given via the initial opt-in window (UMP) . The data collected includes advertising identifiers (IDFA, GAID) and approximate geolocation data.
  • Huawei Petal Ads: Used especially for Huawei devices to optimize ad relevance.

  1. Specific Regional Compliance

  • European Union (GDPR) The user is the Data Controller for the audio files they create. IA.Lizé acts only as a provider of technical tools. You have the right to access, rectify, or revoke your advertising consent at any time via the “Privacy” link in the application settings.
  • Brazil (LGPD): We comply with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Users have the right to confirm the existence of processing, access, correct, or delete their data, and revoke consent at any time through the app settings.
  • California (CCPA/CPRA) We do not “sell” your data in the traditional sense, but we do share technical identifiers with our partners. You can exercise your right to opt out (“Do Not Sell My Personal Information”) in the application or operating system settings.
  • Hong Kong (PDPO) We comply with the principles of the PDPO. Technical data may be transferred outside of Hong Kong for processing by our advertising partners in accordance with international security standards.

  1. User Responsibility and Consent

Voc.Alize is a sound capture tool. Its use is subject to local laws:

  • Mandatory Consent: You have a legal obligation to obtain the explicit consent of any registered person.
  • Prohibition of Unauthorized Use: Use for recording without permission is strictly prohibited. Lizé accepts no responsibility in the event of illegal use.

  1. Storage and Security

  • Local Control: Your files are stored only in your smartphone’s secure memory. IA.Lizé has no access to your recordings.
  • Export: Sharing via third-party services (WhatsApp, Cloud) is your sole responsibility.

  1. Your Rights and Contact

You can revoke permissions (microphone, Bluetooth, advertising ID) at any time in your smartphone settings.
